The projects have been developed by a Spanish developer who decided to enter into this new emerging market in Chile. 

They are two 3,45 MWp projects and both projects are situated 40 km of the capital of Santiago de Chile. They are both under the PMGD scheme (Pequeños Medios de Generación Distribuidos) . 

The developer who is also an EPC contractor will take up the engineering, construction and operation and maintenance of the 2 projects.

Each project will consist of 11.200 modules using one axis trackers in order to maximize the production.

VERD Q.I. had been appointed as the transaction advisor for finding the necessary equity, and has been successful in identifying a suitable investor from Europe who wanted to enter into this new market.
